Hubb is a former Imperator of the Legion. Prior to serving as Imperator, he was the Proconsul under Imperial. Immediately after becoming Imperator, Hubb lead the Legion through the Second Unjust War. Under Hubb's tenure, the Legion merged with the Mighty Armed States of Honor giving the Legion the necessary score to regain sanctioned status.
