Hurricane Lucina is the strongest hurricane ever measured. Lucina made landfall 4 times in the United states as a hurricane, twice as a major hurricane. Lucina was originally going to be stronger then only Hurricane Wilma. But, Lucina ended up taking the record globally. As a tropical cyclone, Lucina's first landfall in the USA evened out to about 50 billion dollars in damage, and about 1,600 fatalities. Her second landfall, caused about 30 billion dollars and 600 fatalities. Both her third and her fourth landfall were alike to the 2nd. evening out in about 140 billion dollars of damage and around 3000 deaths.
