The story is about a 35 years old man named "Mr.Pegrents"(Baldy McBald to his friends).He is a detective that is serving for Danville Police Station for almost 5 years,he is awarded the best detective because he always catches the person that is in the top 20 list.He sometimes get into mischief when he mistakenly captures innocent citizens that is living in the town.
