Claymore Minor was one big desert. Folklore, coupled with various tests, suggested that Claymore Minor was once a temperate planet. A nuclear war destroyed the ecology, leaving only the strongest plants alive. Claymore Minor had a population of roughly 3.000.000, most of which were "normal" humans. Claymore Minor was ruled by the Council of Seers, which was based on Claymore Prime.
