Fengebles was one of the city-states of North Ayes, made up of ethnic Garlenners. It was finded by God King Ferbles II in order to insult his successors, who dethroned him in a coup. Fengebles is a walled-city, deep upstream of the River Yefretes (most-famed for Ferb's 1st Battle, where he crushed the city of Uthgumb Huglm, northernmost outpost of the Jawmen - the Uthari had previously skinned 10,000 dogs in order to spite the Garlenners).
