This enemy can be considered as a miniaturized version of the Submarine Shrine Boss, but without the Fire attack. It attacks just as fast, but with 10 times shorter freeze time, therefore the characters still have the chance of landing a hit. However, if a character is attacked by more than one of this enemy, it can lead to problems due to the immobility effect. Any Freeze or Ice type weapons are ineffective against this enemy, as both the slowing effect and the freezing effect on both types are completely eliminated. Regardless, Freeze type weapons still do their respective damage. It is best to attempt to attack this enemy from a range in order to clean up the screen for melees to attack. Poison and Thunder type weapons are best against it.
