He's a good bloon. The Planterobloon costs $300 Monkey Money, and opens a dimensional portal. You can use it to go to tracks you couldn't normally go to. Also, the Planterobloon will teleport you to what a track references (Monkeys vs Zombies would make the monkeys start fighting actual PvZ zombies, and the Tournament track would take you to this wiki).
