Waxer is a Purple Dragon whom wears a backwards hat. In his first appeance, upon seeing Raphael, Waxer asks Hun about the Turtles' supposed defeat at his hands, alluding to a section of bo and a sai on Hun's belt as "trophies", and Hun becomes visibly nervous when called on his bluff. Waxer also tried to fight Casey Jones, but was beaten by him. Waxer appears in TMNT Back to the Sewer and Turtles Forever.
