The Talbott System was a star system in the Talbott Cluster, which was actually named after it. Poor Talbott System was of no special importance, but the Solarian League Office of Frontier Security's original observation outpost in the region was located there, so the whole area around the system was called "Talbott Cluster" (even though the group of stars was not a cluster either).
