Asterophrys leucopus is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is endemic to northwestern Papua New Guinea where it is known from a number of mountains (Sandaun Province: Stolle Mountain, its type locality, and Bewani Mountains; East Sepik Province: Hunstein Mountains).
