Arthef's Spark of Life is a Legendary two-handed mace in Diablo III. It requires character level 9 to drop. In patch 2.0., it replaced the Boneshatter. Note that its unique affix heals a player for 3-4% of missing (not total, not curent) Life. It is therefore nearly impossible to heal to full Life with this property alone. It also does not work against Reapers.
