The Pizza Ghost is one of the ghosts who appears exclusively in the second introduction sequence of The Real Ghostbusters. In it, the ghost is scaring Luigi until Chilly Cooper and Slimer rescue him. The Ghostbusters later trap it along with all the other ghosts and entities in the sequence.
