Patient #3 was an elderly clinic patient in the Season 3 episode One Day, One Room. She was portrayed by actress Bryna Weiss. Patient #3 was seen by Gregory House, who had been sentenced to a full day of clinic duty by Lisa Cuddy. When Dr. House came in, she said she thought she had a problem "down there". By the tone of her voice, Dr. House realized that she thought she had an STD and he grabbed a pair of gloves in order to take a sample. Luckily, the sample was negative. Dr. House admonished her for having unprotected sex by asking if she had never seen an After-school Special.
