When Chuck suspects Sarah is seeing an older gentleman, he follows the pair to the restaurant, at which point Sarah is alerted to his presence via the tracking device in his watch. Chuck flashes on the man's scar and realises he has been convicted and imprisoned several times for white collar crimes. When he attempts to warn Sarah of this, it is revealed the man is her father, Jack Burton.
