Esteban Ordonez is a Cuban member of the People's Democratic Front and worked on the presidential campaign of Ariel Priego. Ordonez wanted out of the terror campaign the group had launched, and approached the US military. His aide found out and had him captured. Ordonez fled with an armload of documents and was on the phone with the military as he was captured. A Ghost Recon then rescued him.
