J'aing Li was a Kaminoan scientist and member of the Kaminoan High Council, responsible for creating the Delta G-3530 Batch and many other Fett-batches. Like Orun Wa, he was perfectionist, and was disappointed when he discovered that the G-3530 Batch developed Force-sensitive defects, which forced him to terminate the entire G-3530 Batch. Although he believed the entire G-3530 Batch was terminated, he failed to realize that Taun We managed to preserve one of the G-3530 batch clones, who would later grow to become the legendary General Delta-3530.
