When the update was released, the Celebration by the Bonfire Timed Challenges triggered automatically. The Vacation by the Sea Timed Challenges may appear in the game some time after these first Timed Challenges end. Although there is no mention of the Vacation by the Sea Timed Challenges in the release notes for the Celebration by the Bonfire Update, all the content needed to create the second set of timed challenges exist within the original install file for the update.
