A xenolinguistic, also known as a xenolinguist, was a specialist in the universe's diversified languages and alphabets. Many times, having learned dozens, if not hundreds of languages based on the similarities of phonetic rhythms. A Xenolinguist was said to be more than capable of learning a new language in a day, just from exposure to beings speaking it.
