Confrontation Between Gibbs, Fornell, former Marine Jack Kale and Mob Boss Rick Azari is a confrontation that took place in downtown Washington D.C. in which NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and FBI Agent Tobias Fornell confronted former Marine Jack Kale who was holding a gun at Mob Boss Rick Azari. The confrontation ended with Azari dying at Kale's hand while Kale was subsequently arrested.
