Frasier has his old friend Simon visit from Britain who is a noted marriage counselor. He agrees to sit down, talk with and get to know Sam and Diane and advise them about their upcoming union. But after determining they are no good for each other, Diane refutes his diagnosis and badgers Simon for the remainder of his visit to reconsider.
