Chi 14 was a subprocessor on the USS Voyager. When the Voyager crew was placed in stasis units so they could pass unharmed through a Mutara class nebula in 2374, only Seven of Nine and The Doctor remained awake to pilot and maintain the ship. Subnucleonic radiation from the nebula began causing quantum failures in Voyager's gel-pack relays, forcing Seven to reroute functional relays through Chi 14. (VOY: "One")
