Tilian is a Dragon Slayer found south of Champion Harbour in the Orobas Fjords. He is involved in Kenneth's quest Apprentice and Adversary, and offers a conflicting quest, Thorn in the Side. Both of these quests involve the fate of Saul, who Tilian had imprisoned on charges of murder.
