The Black Region is the eighth and final region of CaerulElimo in Generation 6. This region starts to become captured by the Phantom Flash at the beginning of Part 8 Section 3 and fully captured at the beginning of Part 8 Section 5. However, this region technically becomes completely dissolved as the Generation Transfer begins for Generations 6 and ∞ when Part 8 Section 6 is completed.
