The North Slope was the northern region of Alanciar, a continent on the Wild Space planet of Kesh. It was home to several industrial cities. Prior to the Lost Tribe of Sith's invasion of Alanciar in 2975 BBY, the Keshiri wardmaster Quarra Thayn was officially "touring" the Northern Slope's industrial cities. In reality, she had traveled to the south-western frontier fort of Point Defiance to meet her lover Jogan Halder, a signal officer in the Alanciari Signal Corps.
