The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess 2: Twilight Sword is set 2 years after the events of the first Twilight Princess. Young Link finds himself working as a deckhand to the Marietta. Serving under Captain Makeo has promising rewards for Link. However, in a storm, the Marietta crashes on a deserted, remote island just off the coast of Hyrule. Forming a tribe and accepting leadership, Captain Makeo sends Link on a series of quests to prove his worth. While hunting, Link finds a man laying in the forest. Rushing to his aid, Link finds out it is Mydna, exiled from the Twilight Realm. Mydna took control of the man.
