It is available for a short time before the Gizelton Caravan passes by the Kolkars, and is announced by the following: Cork Gizelton yells: I am looking for some bodyguards that would like to protect the Gizelton Caravan. We are stopped on the road east of Kormek's Hut, north of Kolkar Centaur Village. It becomes available every hour or so. A counterpart quest, Gizelton Caravan is available 30 minutes later, west of Mannoroc Coven.
