Pepper is a human who appears in the short story “A New Foe!” a short story created by Eric Barber. Peppers backstory is largely unknown only that he lived on an island as dictator. Until one day a nuclear explosion occurred and everyone on the island besides him perished. He renamed his island to Pepper Island. Due to his horrific mutation as a result of the explosion he has never made any plans to leave his location but rather live in solitude. His power is incredibly high and it should be noted that his power is not Ki based but rather based on radiation which would explain his massive power boost. When enraged Pepper changes form, not looking like an ordinary human he becomes much more bulky and his entire skin tone turns red. Peppers back-story is further explained in the item “Pepp
