While returning home from the Skirmish of Ankarr, some Sravs detected hostile lifeforms on Tanaab, a planet of green meadows in the Tanaab system. Curious, the Sravs sent a probe onto the planet and discovered a DTM base in Tanaab City, the capital city of Tanaab. Immediately, they contacted Savi Alliance leader Holst Kolgan, asking he and his Savis to eliminate the base. The two groups settled upon a price, then Savi mercenaries led by Kolgan set out for Tanaab.
