The Carnivore Crime Cartel is an evil organisation based in the Carnivore Sector, although it has agents in the Vegetarian Sector and the Vegmeat Zone. Its main goal is to interfere with the DSS, usually by tampering with the training of cadets at the Astrosaurs Academy. It usually attempts schemes involving kidnapping. The Cartel seems to be a powerful and widespread group, although it is unclear whether they are supported by any carnivore governments. Despite its name, many dinosaurs who work for the Cartel are herbivores, such as the crooked former astrosaur Commodore Kallos, a segnosaurus who is one of their most dangerous and evil agents, and her companions Prox, Palo, and Major Gator.
