A group of rich Ultras who banded together over a similar superiority complex. Feeling that, as Ultras, they were a separate species, above normal humans, they began kidnapping former, now-overweight, military veterans and releasing them on the grounds of their compound. Giving the humans a headstart, they would then hunt them, kill them, and have their chef prepare them as a cannibalistic feast. Mosely later hired the killed Rafferty as part of a plot.
