David, or mainly called Davy Fletcher is the son of Ferb Fletcher and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. He looks like Ferb in physical terms. He has the same green hair, but with some brown tips on the end. He wears black all the time, like his mother and doesn't spend much time with anyone but his little sister, Lilly. He has 1 disability that Lilly helps him out with- he's mute. He's also very sensitive. He can read lips so he understands what people are saying. And he has to use sign language, so Ferb, Vanessa, and Lilly have to work on that.
