The Scribes for untold generations had written and out-written the Chronicles one another, until their ideas were balanced. Each of them had the duty to write the most important events of an age, called the Tale of an Age. In the Day of Wrath the libraries that kept safe the Chronicles were destroyed. The Ashalan poured this knowledge over the Ra'Shari, who became the Keeper of the Chronicle.
