Niles Hanley was a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. During the 1996–1997 school year, he frequently stood at one of the Viaducts, forcing Harry Potter to either duel him or drive him away with Stink Pellets in order to get past.
