by user DNL Hillary Clinton raised an incredible $26 million thus far. Barack Obama has risen to the challenge. Through Q1 2007, the pride of Illinois has collected over $25 MM from more than 100,000 individual donors. That amount, and the fact that HRC's lead is dwindling, suggests that Obama really is in this for the long haul. I still think that Obama is a flashy, low-substance option, and would make for an ineffective general election candidate. But with that war chest, and with my pick ( Bill Richardson) picking up a "mere" $6 million, I'm quite possibly not seeing something.
