The Eternal Universe is an alternate multiverse in which ultimate peace between all races and factions has been achieved. Once this happened, the ten main characters looked into the Time Vortex and the Emotional Spectrum, and made themselves equal rulers of the EU by harvesting the power of both somehow, and claiming it for their own, as a means of keeping the peace. One of the laws created after was the Universe-Travelling Restriction Act 1999, which was enforced upon Trantoshen (SMU) by Breakout, Barrack and Brawler once.
