Jiro (ジロウ Jirō) is a member of the "Eyepatch Pirates". He is the first one to be recruited by Kiba to join the Eyepatch Pirates. Jiro ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Black Cat Devil Fruit. It allows him to transform into a cat hybrid or a full cat at will.
