Hazel Heald (1896–1961), was an American horror and weird fiction author from Somerville, Massachusetts. She is best known as a revision client of Lovecraft. Lovecraft revised five of her stories: “The Man of Stone”, “Winged Death”, “The Horror in the Museum”, “Out of the Aeons”, and “The Horror in the Burying-Ground”.
