Meant to stop invaders from the north reaching the Kunan region, the northern checkpoint monitors the traffic heading in both directions from the small fort. However, the fortress has been compromised in the past; during the Toran Liberation War, the Liberation Army managed to pass through this checkpoint easily by spreading misinformation among the Imperial informers in their own ranks.
