WRHS-LP (96.1 FM) was a proposed radio station with a construction permit to serve River Falls, Wisconsin, USA. The station was owned by the School District of River Falls. The station was assigned the WRHS-LP call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on June 26, 2002. The station's construction permit was cancelled and the station deleted from the FCC database on October 30, 2003.
