Devana Vessar is an elven cartographer who lives in Syngorn with her husband, Syldor Vessar, and their daughter, Velora Vessar. She is also the stepmother of Syldor's half-elf children, Vax'ildan and Vex'ahlia. As an NPC, Devana is played by Matthew Mercer.
