The Reclaimers, officially known as UNSC NAVSPECWARCOM Group Three, is an ultra-secret division of the Special Warfare Command. Its primary responsibilities include covert action and unconventional warfare, mainly Black Operations. Many of its agents operate alone and under the utmost secrecy. They have been described as a hybrid of the Headhunter Program and SPARTAN-III Gray Team.
