Tally was one of the clone trooper shinies from Tow Squad. Part of the Great Clone Forces, he served for the Galactic Republic in the Second Clone Wars. As a rookie, Tally was underestimated by others, but he performed well in battle, and proved to be an excellent soldier. He had an unbreakable friendship with fellow teammate, Litmus.
