Commander Wepu Elovex is the man in charge of the Areltsi Defense Corps which protects the capital of Nymean Ascendancy. He was a native born Areltsi who joined the military as a youth and participated in the War of the Areltsi Coalition as well as the Galaxial War. He aided resistance forces in liberating Areltsi from the Nulvarl Empire.
