Romario is a member of the Chiavarone Famiglia and the right-hand man of Dino. He has black hair, is normally seen smiling, always wears a suit, and wears glasses. He is shown with a white tuft of hair in the Future Arc. He was first seen when Dino was tutoring Hibari, and became fast friends with Kusakabe.
