Champion of the Frozen Wastes is a title from completing the achievement , from defeating the final bosses of all of the heroic 5-man instances in Northrend (prior to Patch 3.2.0) as well as the final bosses of Naxxramas, the Eye of Eternity and the Obsidian Sanctum (on normal or heroic).
