Fiona Camp is a character on DEXTER. She was a woman obsessed with a man named Jack Rice and even imagined that they were in a relationship. When he rejected her advances, she killed him and made it look like a robber who had committed several similar crimes in the area. When questioned by the police, she presented herself as Jack's fiance with the help of a fake photo of her and Jack together and was able to avoid suspicion. She presented herself as the grieving fiance (Debra referred to her as 'weepbag Fiona'). Dexter however discovered that the blood spatter did not match someone who was the height of the alleged killer, but fitted perfectly for someone of Fiona's height.
