Jethro Gibson, also called Great Blue Star, was was a Sith ace pilot during the One Year War. When his talent was recognized, his Variable Attack Fighter's head and left shoulder were painted blue, thus giving him the nickname the great blue star which was later expanded into "The blue star of Raynog" when it became clear the space fortress Raynog was his base of operations. For much of the war Jethro served as the bodyguard of Admiral Killer Han, whom he greatly revered, during the Admiral's frontline inspections. Ironically, he was not at Raynog when the battle occurred, having been recalled to Solomon shortly before the operation began.
