| - Sphinx
* The Sphinx is a creature living in Impel Down that is encountered and fought by Sonic, Deidara, and Sasori. Like the Basilisk, it has only ever been seen within this dungeon thus far. The Sphinx is a dark-skinned being with wings (although it is seemingly incapable of flight) and has a humanoid face. Because of the structure of it's face, the Sphinx is able to mimic the speech of humans similiar to that of a parrot, yet does not understand what it says.
* Habitat: Unknown
* Ice Barrier wolves are carnivorus wolves comprized of ice-like materials, though it's not known what the materials are exactly. Their bodies are extremely cold, allowing them to live in equally cold enviorments, which is often where they are found, and this also makes them dangerous to even tocuh. Ice Barrier Wolves have jaws powerful enough to even cause someone like Konan sever pain. Outside of natural snowy enviorments, Ice Barrier Wolves are also found in Impel Down's Freezing Hell, where they prey on any prisoners that may try to escape.
* Habitat: Impel Down, Drum Island Bananawani
* Bananawanis are giant crocodiles with banana-shaped growths on their heads. Despite this, some characters belive them to actually be bananas with crocodiles growing out of them. They are so fierce that they even prey on Sea Kings and are to date the Sea Kings only known natural predator. Despite their strength they were easily defeated by Bunnie. Eggman had many Bananawani as pets in his old (now destroyed) casino in Rainbase, but it's unknown where they naturally live.
* Habitat: Unknown Yeti
* Yetis are ape-like creatures with extremely long arms qne thick white fur that reside in mountanous, snowy regions. They are extremely verocious, carnivorous creatures that are capable of ripping up any prey with ease. They are notably durable, as it takes numrous hits to take them out. Despite their apparent lack of intelligence and their already powerful bodies, they are known to steal weapons such as swords and guns from humans and use them for themselves.
* Habitat: Drum Island, Punk Hazard Yuki Dragon
* Yuki Dragons are very tiny dragons that are very weak, making them very easy to defeat. Despite their size however, they are still very confrontational, and will rarely leave an opponent after spotting them. As dragons, the are capable of flight, though their tiny wings make it difficult for them to fly for long. As their name implies, they are capable of breathing cold ice out of their mouths, which is their primary method of attack and defense.
* Habitat: Drum Island Moving Aqua Crab
* A Moving Aqua Crab is a large, blue-colored crab that lives in aquatic environments. They are very speedy, and can travel vast distances. Moving Aqua Crabs are aggresive, often attacking nearly anyone that they see. However, despite this hostile nature, they can easily be tamed if they are defeated in battle, being almost completely submissive to the one who defeated them near instantly. Moving Aqua Crabs posses one giant pincer and another relatively smaller one.
* Habitat: Arabasta, Moon Portal Regice
* Regices are golems created of ice and snow, resembling a crystal, with a plus shaped aray of yellow crystals on their face. Regices are very durable, but due to their strong build, are very low and can be out ran very easily. Their Ice bodies are so great that not even magma can melt it's body. Regices attack by rolling up snowballs and trying to run over their opponents, and despite their appearance, are unable to actually produce or even control ice.

* Avalugg are massive animals seemingly covered entirely out of reflective ice. Because of this, their actual bodies are never seen. Avaluggs' flat tops make them ideal to stand on, and can be defeated by stomping on them. They often use their relfective bodies to shine light into their enemies' eyes, giving them an opening in battle. The head has two white diamond-shaped "ears," and from its chin hangs three bulging spikes, resembling a beard. It enjoys spending time floating around in waters, and is
* Habitat: Punk Hazard Hinotama Soul
* A Hinotama Soul is a small creature whose body is constantly under a state of combustion. However, it's regenerative abilities are so great, that the parts of it's body that do burn off are healed near-instantly, allowing it to continue burning and healing in a never-ending cycle. However, despite this, a strong wind can cause the flames surrounding it's body to temporarily vanish, leaving it vulnerable. It floats around aimlessly, looking to share the constant pain it suffers with other beings.
* Habitat: Punk Hazard Torkoal
* Torkoals are slow-moving turtle-like creatures that carry lava-like liquids on the compressions on their backs. Torkoals get their energy from melting rocks in the lava pits on their back, and coal is said to be their favourite meal. They will resort to puffing out black smoke from their nostrils when threatened as well as retreating into their shells. As such, they are mostly defensive creatures, and hardly attempt to fight, although they will resort to throwing rocks at times.
* Habitat: Punk Hazard Magcargo
* Magcargos are a species of snails. Their red-hot body often makes them look like they are made of lava, though this is not the case. However, the shell on it's back is in fact made of rocks and dirt. The flame that spews out of it's shell helps allow it to live in the harsh, hot enviorments it lives in, and without it, could not survive. It often feeds on smaller creatures that can be found running around the deserts.
* Habitat: Punk Hazard, various deserts Heatran
* Creatures compossed of primarily of steel, magma, and copper, Heatrans are very secluded animals, and live inside caverns full of lava. Heatrans are one of the very few animals that are actually capable of surviving living in magma and lava, as they will often enter a river of lava and open their mouths to feed on the flowing lava. As such, their bodies are extremely resistant to almost any forms of heat. Ther are also known to mate within these same rivers of lava.
