He (the gender of the character is unknown) is an alien whose ship had crash-landed in the Smurf Forest, who has the power to walk in the air upside-down, transform himself into any physical being he comes into contact with, and levitate and control objects just by waving his hands. Dreamy first met the alien when he went out into the forest to examine the shooting star that fell into the forest. Later he would see that the alien disguised himself as a Smurf so he could explore the world he was on better. However, the alien would lose the crystal he was carrying, only for it to be found by Clumsy and then used by Handy as an axle pin for the water wheel. When the water wheel spun out of control and was producing dangerous winds, Dreamy told the alien what he saw the crystal being used for. The alien then transported himself and Dreamy to the wheel's location and used his powers to remove the crystal from the later. Soon after, when the wheel fell out of the sky and rolled down an incline, Dreamy saved the alien's life by pushing him out of the wheel's path before it ran him over. The alien thanked Dreamy for saving his life and then went back to his ship to head off into outer space.
