A character in Transformers Galaxy Force: Thunder Storm, Rodimus is actually the first Terraformer, and his Human name is Coby. After being exposed to a powerful electric current, his sheer will to live caused him to draw power directly from Earth's Planet Force. His Transformer form is a modified version of Master Galvatron's form, giving him similar powers. One of the most notable differences besides the color scheme (blue, green, and silver) is the lack of a weapons/jet pack on his back. This portion separates from him when he transforms, and functions similar to Galaxy Convoy's trailer. This also gives Rodimus his own version of a 'Super Mode', which he uses in battle to great effect.

Though he still has a tendency to take things a little too seriously, Rodimus has grown more mature over the years. This is in part because of his own family, namely his wife, Lori, their 'unofficially adopted daughter', Emission, and their new son, Blaze. The other reason is because as the first Terraformer in existence (as well as the one who developed Terraformer Theory), Rodimus has the most experience dealing with the changes.
